Had a shipment going from the UK to Norway, where Clintopia do not have any service. Their partner in Norway, UPS really messed things up with both customs and lack of information making delivery over two weeks delayed. Clintopia eventually got involved in my case, and took charge over the never ending dialogue with UPS Custumer Service, keeping me in the loop all the time.
